The first time I called, I spoke to a gentleman named David if I'm not mistaken. Bloke was an absolute down to earth person, I definitely thought he was just a supervisor or something from how nice and understanding he was. I found out later that he was actually the owner/boss of the place. I was so surprised as I've had many bad experiences speaking to owners of other company's who think they're gods gift to humans. After a few back and forth phone calls about the work I was getting done, I ended up starting to deal with a gentlemen named Dale who I'm assuming works under David who I'm also assuming had his hands full with other jobs. Dale, the same as David, was an absolute legend. He answered every phone call. Some weeks, I'd call 5 days in a row. He updated me very regularly with the progression of my hydraulic rams, and he was very insightful. The team sent through a VERY fair quote. If anything, they should've probably charged more for the work that I had needed done. Honestly, hands down, I cannot recommend these guys enough. Amazing job, communication, and all done in a timely manner.
